If the desired product is in stock, we ship it to you within five working days at the latest, and in most cases we ship the products within 24 hours.
If the ordered product happens to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

2. Personal collection
Personal pickup is possible upon prior agreement at info@obdelava.si, in the Ljubljana area.
3. Free shipping
3.1. Always with purchases over 70 EUR
3.2. In special cases when it is marked as such next to the product or on the website
3.3. During certain periods when we have free shipping on all products, it can also be marked on the page as free home delivery. In these cases, it will not be possible to select anything other than free shipping in the basket or on the delivery page.
4. Payment upon collection of an additional 4 EUR even if free home delivery is written, as the shipping service is more expensive
