CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for your decision. You can submit a notice of withdrawal to the company with an unequivocal statement that makes it clear that you are withdrawing from the contract.

RETURN OF GOODS
If you have already received the goods and withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract, to our address:

You are considered to have returned the goods on time if you send them before the 14-day return period expires.
Please return the goods with Pošta Slovenije as a business package.
You must return the products undamaged and in the same quantity. In case of non-original or damaged packaging, we will deduct 50% of the product value.
Non-returnable products:
Products ordered and adapted to the customer's personal needs;
Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, or are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
Books that are no longer in their original packaging;
Models that are partially or fully assembled by the client;
Batteries, battery packs, accumulators, cables, bulbs, components and all other products if you have opened the security seal or if the original packaging has been removed;
Disposable products;
Spare and replacement parts;
Cosmetics;
RECLAMATION
Dear Sir or Madam, if the ordered and received products do not suit you, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, at your expense, to the address:

You must return the products undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original, undamaged packaging. The products must be returned as a parcel shipment and not as a letter, but you can also return them in person, collection by arrangement at info@poceni.shop. Products being returned must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
You can choose to get a refund or order a new product. If you have already paid for the delivered goods, we will consider the amount as a credit or refund the purchase price that you have already paid for the returned products. We will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The return of the products within the 14-day period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. Please do not forget to credit us with your personal account number (TRR), where we will transfer the refunded amount of the payment received for the returned goods.

If the product does not work properly or does not work according to your expectations, please write to our technical department at info@obdelava.si, where our consultants will be able to help you with the necessary explanations. In this way, you will avoid possible incorrect use of the product, damage to the product itself, and possible damage to other things. REFUND OF PAYMENTS RECEIVED
Insofar as you have already paid for the ordered goods, we will return all the payments you have made for the order immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract and return of the goods.
If you have already received the goods and withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
In this case, we will withhold refunds of received payments until we receive the returned goods or until you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back.
Payments received will be returned to you using the same payment method you used when making the purchase, unless you prefer a different payment method.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you did not notice any damage on the package, but after opening the package you find that you have received a damaged product, you have 48 hours to file a complaint. More information at info@obdelava.si
